Fancy yourself as a knowledge guru? Want to test your knowledge? Then join us at St Andrew's Church in Kettlebrook on Friday 9th February for a darn good test of knowledge! 7pmm until 9pm, the quiz costs £5 per adult or £3 under 16's and you can come as an individual or a team. The entry price includes drink and nibbles. Just pay on the door.
Bishop Michael Ipgrave will be confirming 11 candidates on Sunday 18th February at 6pm in St Editha's Church, Tamworth.
Lent starts on Ash Wednesday, the 14th February, with a sung Communion at St Editha's Church in Tamworth. The service starts at 7:30pm.
The church takes a small pause from the strictures of Lent on Sunday 10th March as we thank God for Mother's everywhere and especially Jesus' mother, Mary. Did you know that in the past, servant girls were given time off to take simnel cakes to their mothers?
We conclude Lent and prepare for Easter as we celebrate Jesus entering Jerusalem to cries of 'Hosannah!' on Palm Sunday. This year it falls on Sunday 24th March and we will be distributing the customary Palm branches and crosses at our services across the Parish (St Editha, St Chad, St Andrew, St Francis)
Wouldn't it be fantastic to have these four amazing talents singing for us? Well, we've got the next best thing! An ABBA tribute night on 9th March, in St Chad's Church at Hopwas. Tickets are priced £8 and include nibbles and a drink. It's going to be ABBAnging evening!!
The Annual, Mayor's Christmas Carol Concert takes place in St Editha's Church on the 15th and 16th December. This hugely popular event starts the run up to our Christmas celebrations.
Commemorate the Coronation of King Charles lll and Queen Camilla. Don't want to be alone watching it on the tv, then come along to our big screen view in St Editha's Church. 6th May starting at 10:30am through until 2:30pm. Refreshments are available.

Come along to St Editha's Hall in College Lane on Saturday 6th May 5pm until 7pm and have a dance or just listen to the entertainment . There's a light dinner and refreshments included in this FREE event!
Picnic in the park! Well, not quite but picnic at St Francis (which is next to the park) on Sunday 7th May 1pm until 4pm. Bring a blanket to sit on and some food/drink to share around and join in the party. As well as entertainment there's a colouring competition and a fancy dress competition. Fun guaranteed!
St Andrew,s are celebrating the start of Christmas with their Christingle service at 2pm on Christmas Eve. Take a welcome break from the shopping and come and join us to discover the true meaning of Christmas.
St Editha's Crib & Christingle takes place on Christmas Eve at 4pm. This is an opportunity to dress up and take part in a nativity as well as having a Christingle to take home. Not to be missed!! As you can see from the picture, this is a very popular event. Why not come and join us?
St Chad's are holding there carol service inside the picturesque church on Christmas Eve at 6pm. This is a traditional service of lessons and popular carols to be enjoyed by all. Why not come along? You'll be very welcome.
